Our products are physical 3D printed miniatures and terrain pieces that we manufacture and ship to you. Digital STL files are not provided with purchases.

3. Product Licensing and Source Materials

3.1 Licensed Content

The miniatures and terrain we produce are printed from STL files that are either:

• Commercially licensed from their creators, giving us the right to manufacture and sell physical products

The designers of all our products have been credited within the product descriptions. If this attribution is not adequate or if any designer believes their rights have not been properly respected, we endeavour to facilitate the designer's rights to request product removal or to provide them with adequate attribution.

• Full ownership of the physical printed item

• The right to use the item for personal tabletop gaming

• The right to modify, paint, or customize your physical product

If you wish to purchase these goods to sell commercially, then written permission to our sales team at sales@wellwoodstudios.co.uk is required.

3.4 STL Files Not Included

Digital STL files are not provided with purchases. We do not distribute, sell, or provide access to the original digital files used in manufacturing.

We accept payment through Stripe and Paypal. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British pounds and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

5.1 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.

5.2 Manufacturing and Processing

Orders are manufactured to order. Processing times vary depending on order size and complexity but we aim to ship orders within 1 week of purchase.

5.3 Shipping

We ship within the UK only. Shipping times and costs vary by location and shipping method selected. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
